Bureau Veritas UGANDA is looking for Subcontractor Auditors with diverse industry including Manufacturing, construction, agriculture, healthcare, mining, information technology, energy, finance and Food backgrounds reporting to the Head of Certification.
Minumum Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Have a varied breadth of industry sector experience,
- Experience of carrying out either third-party or second-party audits.
- Have held positions with responsibility of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, Food Management systems, Social Audits, Sustainability, Energy and information security departments.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge and experience of management system standards, compliance and auditing techniques.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Available time for training and qualification purposes
Preferred Qualifications Required:
Proven knowledge of any of the following schemes: in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, ISMS, EnMS ,FSMS,FSSC, GLOBAL GAP and Sustainability (ISO 14064, Gold Standard, VCS, CDM)
An advantage if already qualified to Lead Auditor Status in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, ISMS , EnMS, , FSMS, FSSC, GLOBAL GAP, ISO 14064, Gold Standard, VCS, CDM, GRI, TCFD.
Educated to an engineering/food technology/ degree level or equivalent.
