POSITION: BBQ CHEF

DESCRIPTION

A successful grill cook should be skillful and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen and be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team. He/she will be responsible for Braising and grilling meat, fish, and vegetables

REQUIREMENTS

Culinary Degree, not required by preferred
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the same position
• Must speak good English
• Flexibility in working both Day and Night shifts
• Both Male and Female are encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 20 years old
