Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Identify, vet, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.

• Purchasing: Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment and office supplies.

• Cost Control: Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure the company receives high-quality goods at competitive rates.

• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels (such as guard uniforms, boots, and security gear) and initiate reordering when necessary.

• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and Tanzanian regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a relevant business field.

• Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

  • High level of integrity and transparency.

• Professionalism: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
