Job Description:
Ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient logistics processes while assisting in inventory management, shipping & receiving inventories, and general warehouse tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Warehouse Operations:
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.
Ensure goods are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Logistics Support:
Assist in preparing and processing shipments, including packing and labeling.
Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Support in tracking shipments and updating relevant stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining documentation related to shipments and inventory.
Administrative & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
Assist in generating reports for stock levels and logistics performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Business Administration, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Physical ability to lift and move goods if required.
