Qatar Charity (QC) is Qatar Based, an International non-profit and non-governmental humanitarian organization working in Tanzania since 2019. QC is mainly working in the following thematic areas: WASH, CPI, Disaster risk reduction, social protection, sustainable livelihood, education and cultural support & health all over Tanzania. 

QC invites bids from technically and financially strong, experienced, reputed and registered Distributors, Wholesalers, Manufacturers and General Order Suppliers to work with us:

 

Qatar Charity (QC) takes this opportunity to request you to quote the price for the supply of “NFIs Packaging”.

 

Financial Proposal:

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Company must have previous experience in such supplies in emergency and have ready stock available
2. Company must have manufacturing or distribution certificate and experience in supply/work of same nature with organizations.
3. Quoted prices for the above items shall be inclusive of all kind of govt. taxes and duties as per prevailing Tax Laws of Govt. of Tanzania, Packaging, Transportation, and Customs Clearance and port taxes (if any)
4. All prices must be quoted in Tanzania Shillings.
5. Any damage, loss, theft and demurrages outside the premises of QC (Tanzania) shall be the responsibility of supplier/agent.
6. Itemized Prices with other required details of the items must be quoted as per lists. Annexure- A
7. Payment shall be made in the form of a cross cheque within 15 days after acceptance of delivery and subsequent submission of the invoice to Qatar Charity (Tanzania).
8. Qatar Charity (QC) reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
9. Expected delivery time must be mentioned in your quotation.
10. Incomplete Bids/documents or quotation submitted shall not be entertained.
11. Quoted must be inclusive of all Govt. applicable taxes, transportation, packing, loading/unloading.
12. Please mention your time for delivery, validity of quotation, best price and mode of payment.
13. We analyze your quote on price, delivery timing, vendor capacity and product quality.
14. Qatar Charity will notify only selected vendors.
15. Samples will be called from shortlisted vendors only.
16. Bids Submitted with incomplete details, By Hand and after due date & Time will be rejected
17. Bidders having valid business registration and Licenses, TIN, VAT, valid Tax clearance certification, and with EFD can apply only.
18. All the required information of each section of the RFQ needs to be fill with proper and authentic information.

Submission of Bid Documents:

Technical and Financial Proposals/Bids/Tender Documents must be delivered in a Sealed Envelope along with Bid Security  of 5% and detailed Company Profile before January, 17th, 2024 (COB) and addressed to the following;

The following are the terms & Conditions for which applicant do need to take care of before applying:

• Clearly fill in the Technical and Financial proposal sheet attached in the dossier and send to the following address. Incomplete documents will be rejected.
• Technical proposal must include Company Profile, delivery time, supplier capacity, registration, financial strength (Last 03 years Bank Statement), Work Orders and Reference Letters from previous clients, and work experience of same nature supply for the last 3 years in UN & INGOs.
• Financial Proposal must include the cost of the items required with clear calculation.
• Bid Security @5% of the total bid amount (in the name of “Qatar Charity) must be submitted along with Technical and Financial Proposal to the email mentioned above.
• Presenting Fake, Bogus and Tempered bid security will led to legal action and backlisting.

• No bid will be entertained with incomplete details, by hand and late submission
• Qatar Charity reserves the right to accept or reject the bids and the quantity may be varied from the mentioned above
