Purpose of the call for Tender

The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS), in Kibondo, Kigoma, is making a call for Tender to provide the followings categories.

ASSISTIVE DEVICES
SCHOOL KIT
DIGNITY KIT
DIDACTIC MATERIALS
DESKS FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
SCHOOL MATERIALS
The offer is valid for a period of 14-Working Days from 10th -28th October 2022.

Bidder will be able to obtain the Tender Offer File and the lists of Materials for the above Categories.

The Tender offer file will be provided from JRS office in Kibondo not later than 28th October 2022.

Way to Bid

The response document must be filed at JRS Office in Kibondo, Kigoma from 10th October 2022 up to 28th October 2022 at 16; 00p.m.

Opening of the envelopes

The opening of administrative documents and technical offer: JRS Office in Kibondo on 31st October 2022 by jury. Only the successful bidder will be notified.

JRS reserves the Right to Accept or Reject any Submission and cancel the bidding process or to reject all bids, at any prior to Contract award.
