3- Qatar charity is under no obligation to accept the lowest price or any offer.

4- The last date for submitting bids is before 17:00 on the date of 05th May 2025, and any bid received after this time will not be considered. 

5- The qualified are contractors registered by CRB under Class 1 (Building) OR Joint Venture of (Class 5 & Class 3/Class 2) and (Class 4 & Class 3/Class 2) respectively OR whoever that can upgrade from our list and provide us with the upgraded registration, Class 6 and Class 7 are not eligible for Joint Venture.

6- Applications must be clearly separated into distinct sections: one for financial information and another for technical details. Any submissions that do not adhere to this requirement will be disqualified and will not be considered.
