Role overview

Tabono Consult Limited, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Sales Officer to work in Lindi and Mtwara.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, securing new clients, and managing existing customer accounts within the assigned territory. The role requires active regional travel to meet sales targets and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

The Sales Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the assigned region.
• Conduct field visits to construction sites, retailers, and distributors to secure orders.
• Meet monthly and quarterly regional sales targets.
• Maintain clear reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Requirements
