Role Overview

Hakadosh Company Limited is seeking proactive Supervisors – Own Fleet (3 positions) on behalf of a client in the agricultural sector. In this role, you will supervise company-owned heavy machinery during bush clearing and land preparation operations to maximize productive hours, optimize fuel usage, and ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Work Allocation: Assign company machinery and operators to daily work zones based on target plans, briefing operators on daily goals and quality expectations.

• Productivity Monitoring: Track machine efficiency ($Ha/hr$, operating hours) and minimize idle downtime through effective planning of work fronts.

• Fuel & Logbook Management: Record fuel distribution and consumption for company machinery while maintaining detailed daily work logs and operator logbooks.

• Maintenance & Breakdown Coordination: Collaborate with the workshop team for scheduled servicing, rapid breakdown response, and accurate tracking of machine downtime.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safe equipment operation, operator discipline, and site Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.

• Reporting: Prepare daily work achievement and equipment status reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Trade Certificate in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical field experience.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years supervising tractor and heavy equipment operations in commercial farming, land development, or construction.

• Technical & Supervisory Skills: Practical hands-on knowledge of heavy machinery (bulldozers, excavators, tractors with implements) paired with strong team leadership abilities.
