POSITION: STOREKEEPER

LOCATION: Mwanza

COMPANY: Numbers Associates

Numbers Associates is a Firm dealing with Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Company secretarial and Business consultation, We are looking for a Storekeeper who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe working environment for operations continues improvement and workshop.

Storekeeper Job Opportunity at Numbers Associates

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, tools, consumables, PPEs etc.
• Conduct Monthly stock taking excise
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper material and products labeling, stacking, and storage to prevent damage and loss.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse area.
• Maintain records of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Delivery notes, Invoices, and Gate Passes, and bin cards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practice guideline/policies
• Lead warehouse staff including storekeepers, helpers, loaders, and off loaders etc.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for the team members (when applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• 2-3 years working experience
• Experience working with Materials ERP systems like SAP, Odoo etc. is a plus.
