Key Responsibilities
As the Cash Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle and commercial success of our transactional products through the following key pillars:
1. Strategic Product Management & Innovation

Formulate and execute strategic product objectives for Cash, Trade, and Working Capital portfolios aligned with global banking standards.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle (planning, risk management, commercialization, and decommissioning) while keeping governance models robust and scalable.

Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor competitor activity, client behaviors, and industry trends to continuously refine our market position.

Foster a culture of co-creation and agile innovation to develop compelling, client-focused value propositions.
2. Financial Management & Profitability

Manage product budgets with clear accountability for revenue growth, liability gathering, customer acquisition, and retention.

Optimize product profitability by balancing revenue streams against operational costs, investments, and returns on equity.
3. Governance, Compliance, & Operations

Maintain meticulous documentation and systematic reviews of all product processes, ensuring 100% compliance with local and international regulatory standards.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize workflows, leverage technological integrations, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective client experiences.
Candidate Profile: Skills & Experience

Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of banking systems, regulatory frameworks, and products spanning Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Working Capital.

Product Lifecycle Management: Proven capability in market analysis, product positioning, risk mitigation, and tracking operational/financial metrics.

Background: Strong track record in product management within banking or financial services (Transaction Banking experience is highly preferred).

Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and natural ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Analytical Drive: Ability to translate complex market data and operational metrics into actionable business strategies.
Education & Qualifications

A university degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
