We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Solutions Architect at Yas Business.
Required qualifications
- University degree in technology or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in the telecom industry in B2B or a related area
- MBA is desired
Core responsibilities
- Prepare key solutions for Yas Business customers
- Manage the coordination of a central team of service managers and presales engineers
- Support the sales channels on sales calls, ensuring the preparation of key solutions and service assurance
- Assist the sales team in understanding problems, situations, and plans, and help design solutions that enable enterprise customers to focus on their core business while Yas Business ensures their connectivity needs
- Build and manage the bid plan, ensuring that all customer deliverables and requirements are completed and submitted on time
- Ensure all risks are understood, mitigated, or accepted by appropriate stakeholders
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues
