Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited (QSL) is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our national based client Worley, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the following positions:
Site Services Manager
The Site Services Manager will manage the efficient and effective delivery of site sendees and functional support sendees of procurement, human resources, industrial relations, training, logistics, transportation, aviation, administration, and travel, accommodation for the EACOP Project, resolve problems, and direct activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives. Provide mentoring and participate in staff performance evaluations. Identify and implement training requirements; proven experience within EPCM Industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
ADegree/Diploma qualified in a Managerial/Engineering/Construction discipline and preferably with a Professional/Master accreditation in Project Management/Business administration. 20 years’ experience in the construction management industry within site sendees and similar senior leadership roles, a minimum 10 years of oil & gas experience in the management and delivery of significant international onshore pipeline projects (more thanlBillionUSD)
