Showroom Quality Controller Job Opportunity at Goodwill Ceramic
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and oversight of client showrooms according to company schedules, checking the showroom environment, sample displays, and brand material placement
- Score showrooms according to company standards, compile inspection reports, and submit them to headquarters
- Provide clients with corrective actions and deadlines for any issues identified, and follow up on their implementation
- Provide clients with training and guidance on showroom maintenance, sample updates, and material display
- Ensure a consistent company brand image within the showroom, eliminating clutter and mixing of competing brand materials
- Supervise the display and updating of new products and promotional materials in the showroom
- Maintain a showroom inspection file (photos, ratings, and corrective action records)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly inspection summaries and provide feedback to headquarters on client performance
- Regularly communicate with client showroom managers to understand daily operational needs
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing activities in the showroom
- Maintain communication with the Marketing, Sales, and Design departments to provide feedback on terminal issues and suggestions;
- Propose terminal image improvement plans and standardization recommendations
Requirement
- College degree or above, preferably in marketing, brand management, chain operations, architectural decoration, or related fields
- At least two years of experience in brand supervision, channel inspection, showroom management, or the retail/building materials industry
- Familiarity with terminal display standards and brand image maintenance processes
- Demonstrated experience in showroom/store operations management and training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, photo uploading, and spreadsheet and report generation
- Strong communication and coordination skills, approachability, and a strong service focus
- Ability to adapt to business travel and on-site inspections
- Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution capabilities
- Fluent in English.
