Open Positions
1. Kiswahili and Literature in English Teacher (1 Post)

Role Focus: Deliver participatory learning in Kiswahili and Literature in English following the Tanzanian national curriculum.

Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Education with Kiswahili and Literature in English as teaching subjects.

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.

Age under 35 years preferred.

2. Geography and Computer Science Teacher (1 Post)
-
Role Focus: Deliver interactive instruction in Geography and Computer Science, integrating practical IT skills and multimedia tools into lesson plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education with Geography and Computer Science as teaching subjects.

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.

Age under 35 years preferred.

Core Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)

Lesson Preparation & Planning (30%): Develop creative, participatory schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional aids (charts, multimedia, songs) tailored to diverse learning styles.

Teaching & Assessment (40%): Conduct scheduled classes punctually, evaluate student progress through tests/exams, provide extra tuition for struggling students, and supply advanced materials for fast learners. SEGA Job Vacancies

Student Mentorship (10%): Guide students in establishing academic, personal, and career goals while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for vulnerable girls.

Extracurricular Coordination (20%): Organize and lead subject clubs, debates, essay competitions, and sports activities.
General Qualifications & Skills

Strong fluency in written and spoken Swahili and English.

Practical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.

Willingness to reside in/around Morogoro and commute daily to the Mkundi campus.
