Securex Security and Alarm Company Limited is a leading provider of security  services and electronic security solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated,  strategic, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing  Manager. 

Position: Marketing Manager 

Location: Dar es Salaam 

Reports To: Managing Director 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s security  services and products. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and  opportunities. 
  • Lead brand awareness and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. 
  • Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and company  profiles. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare performance  reports. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, or a  related field. 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in the security industry will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
