Responsible for: Marketing and sales of products

Business: Interiors and Decors

Location: Shoppers Plaza Tegeta, Dar es salaam

Hours of work: Sunday to Monday

Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to create marketing strategies that will help to increase the sales of products and to monitor the sales in order to create growth and increase in the revenue.

Principle accountabilities;

Sales promotion:

• Promote and extend marketing and sales of products to reach targeted customers
• Provide accurate information on description of products and prices to customers.
• Attending to customers and giving a listening ear to what product they want and alligning it to the stock at hand.
• Creating content through advertisements on all the available social media platforms and attending to them with genuine loyality.

Skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/architecture
• Knowledge of marketing and sales of products
• At least 3 years experience of work

Qualities

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honesty
• Communication & Networking skills
• Self motivated
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Loyality

Others

• Perform the assigned tasks with due deligence
• Eliminate waste of whatever form, suggest the use of new practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.

Salary of Tshs 300,000/= per Month

Age between 23-26years
