SALES MANAGER

Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Mbeya

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s sales strategies.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.
• Seek and maintain new and existing customers.
• Ensure sales targets are met.
• Monitor market, competition and customer trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service and sales.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Must have at least [2] years of experience in sales, including a leadership role.
• Must have good communication and persuasive skills.
• Must be creative, organized and have good decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Computer and sales system skills are an advantage.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.
