We support smallholder farmers on crop planning in alignment with marketplaces, upgrading farm side infrastructure and transition to sustainable practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Management
preferably an MBA. - 5+ years of experience selling FMCG goods, particularly through direct channels, with at least
- 3 years in senior positions.
- Extraordinary Sales skills, ideally working within the
- Fresh Produce Industry and FMCG
- Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
