BFS Microfinance Limited is the institution established under the Tanzanian’s United Republic laws and Regulations specifically to provide financial solutions and support to Businessmen’s.

BFS Microfinance is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector and develop professional sales and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients within assigned markets.

• Product Promotion: Educate customers on BFS loan products and their benefits.

• KYC Assessments: Assist in conducting “Know Your Customer” (KYC) evaluations to determine applicant eligibility.

• Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads and coordinate with the Branch Supervisor for the disbursement process.

• Marketing Support: Actively participate in various marketing campaigns and field activities.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and provide regular updates to the supervisor.
