About the Role

Harlos Containers is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to join our growing team. This role is designed for a junior professional who is eager to apply their sales knowledge in the container and logistics industry. You will support our sales department in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and market opportunities for container solutions.

• Client Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our products and services.

• Sales Documentation: Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports using Microsoft Office tools.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and sales departments to ensure customer requirements are met on time.

• Administrative Support: Maintain an organized database of clients and track the progress of ongoing sales leads.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Must hold a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales-driven or customer service environment.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Swahili preferred).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data entry and Word for professional correspondence).

• Teamwork: A strong ability to collaborate and contribute effectively within a professional team setting.

• Age Profile: Candidates between the ages of 25 and 30 years are encouraged to apply.
