Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate serves as the primary operational point of contact for customer inquiries, order execution, and account management across the South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa markets. The role acts as a crucial liaison between Sales, Finance, and IT departments to maintain seamless customer service and regulatory compliance.

• Order & Account Management: Process customer orders, handle refunds/exchanges, and update customer profiles on the administrative portal.

• Query Resolution & Customer Care: Resolve service issues, address customer complaints within set timeframes, and build long-term relationships through interactive communication.

• Product Advisory & Inbound Sales: Advise clients on tech products/services, handle inbound calls, and generate customer service reports.

• Compliance & Systems Administration: Manage FICA-related administrative requirements, maintain customer interaction logs, and ensure adherence to company documentation policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field; a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

• Driving License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales or customer account management experience, preferably in technology or fast-paced multinational environments.

• Technical Skills & Systems: Exposure to CRM platforms, customer account management tools, and compliance administration (FICA/Omnibus).

• Language Skills: High fluency in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is an added advantage.

• Key Competencies: Strong self-sufficiency, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
