Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team. This combined role covers two product lines: premium suits and luxury bags, as well as cosmetics and perfumes. The successful candidate will engage corporate and retail clients, drive sales across both categories, and represent the brand with a polished, professional image.
Responsibilities
- Visit corporate offices and institutions to present and sell suits and luxury bag collection
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting cosmetics, perfumes, and beauty products that match their needs
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations for both product lines
- Create compelling content for social media and marketing campaigns across all categories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Maintain thorough product knowledge including fabrics, styles, fragrance families, and beauty ingredients
- Ensure the sales floor and display areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times
- Track and report sales performance and client feedback to management
Knowledge and Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, fashion, luxury goods, cosmetics, or perfumes is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, fragrances, and luxury fashion
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skill
- Ability to create engaging marketing and social media conten
- Strong persuasive selling and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently both in the field and in-store
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, stylish, and maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
- Knowledge of corporate etiquette is an added advantage
