Job title: Sales and Marketing Officer (1 position)

Location: Dar es salaam

Purpose of the position

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Also to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Marketing /Sales , Business Administration or related field of the study
• 3 -5years progressive Sales experience Within security Industry
• Field sales experience particularly selling guarding and Alarm services
• Good knowledge of security services Pricing
• Not more than 45 years of age
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent proposal and report writing
• Good negotiation skills and Strategic prospecting.
• Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
• High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Producing effective and persuasive marketing materials including emails, proposals and bids , marketing contents , website pages , brochures , marketing videos etc
• Researching and developing insights on customer needs and proposing new product and service design to meet customer demands.
• Develop relationships at a variety of levels within prospect customer organization to create active sales pipeline
• To present and articulate the technical aspects of a solution to a client as required
• Formulate sales policy ,practices and procedures , come up with business plans , purpose design and implement marketing procedure that will expand the company’s customer base.
