About the Role

West Security Services is hiring disciplined, physically fit, and vigilant Security Guards to safeguard assets, maintain access control, conduct regular patrols, and protect client premises.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: Between 20 and 45 years old.

• Height: Minimum height of 1.7 meters for male applicants.

• Health & Fitness: Good physical health, stamina, and overall fitness.

• Education: Secondary School Education (Form IV) or higher.

• Certificates: Must possess original academic certificates; militia or paramilitary (mgambo) training certificate is a distinct advantage.

• Conduct: High level of discipline, strong moral character, and integrity.

• Availability: Prepared to work flexible shifts and hours as operational needs require.

Applicant Requirements

1. Application Letter: Formally addressed application for the position.

2. Local Government Letter: Letter of introduction from your Local Government (Barua ya Serikali ya Mtaa).

3. Certificates: Copies of academic and training certificates.

4. Identification: National ID card or NIDA number copy.

5. Photos: Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs.

6. Tax Registration: Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

Guarantor Requirements

1. Guarantors: Two (2) reliable guarantors/sponsors with formal introduction letters.

2. Guarantor Documents: Local Government letters and NIDA ID copies for both guarantors.

3. Guarantor Photos: Two (2) passport-sized photographs for each guarantor.
