Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate must come from an IT solution firm.
 - Adherence to company’s defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
 - Routine review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for best Industry practices and efficiency
 - Builds market position by LOCATING, DEVELOPING, DEFINING, NEGOCIATING, and CLOSING business relationships
 - Staffing, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure an effective and efficient team is prepared for Sales and Marketing
 - Tailor scope of work for the operations and technical teams to perform for managed services for each customer as it will be unique.
 - Preparing and/or scrutinizing each proposal, tenders, RFP responses send to customers ensuring solution, cost and quality are met to superior standard
 - Customer advisory services ensuring compliance to IT standards
 - Coordinating with internal staff to build and design system integration and other solutions for customer needs
 - Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
 - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities
 - Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
 - Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals
 - Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;integrating contract requirements with business operations
 - Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
 - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
 - Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
 - Preparing customer contracts and ensuring compliance to IT standards

Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience, certifications, and training.
 - 8 plus years professional working experience in similar enterprise environment
 - Market Knowledge for Terrestrial & Satellite based networks, System Integration and Data Centers
 - Presentation Skills with good command of English
 - Self-Motivated, capable to enhance team energy level
 - Meeting Sales Goals
 - Willing to travel places especially in African countries
