Our team of skilled bakers chefs is dedicated to perfecting each recipe and ensuring that every product that comes out of our kitchen is as delicious as it is beautiful.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Manager to join our team and support all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control and financial performance with a view to ensuring a transparent and efficient financial management system for the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing day to day restaurant operations and supervising the entire restaurant staff.
  • Managing budgets, financial plans and controlling expenditure.
  • Addressing and resolving customers complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, in terms of quality, value, variety and timeliness.
  • Maintain high level of sanitation as prescribed by local health department and company standards.
  • Manage proper requisitioning of necessary supplies through use of purchase orders.
  • Manage and ensure proper use of restaurant property.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Strong leadership and management skilss.
  • Previous restaurant management/leadership experience in a dine-in environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, food and beverage service.
  • Must be of 35 years of age and above.
