• Dar es Salaam: 3 Positions

• Dodoma: 1 Position

• Zanzibar: 1 Position

• Mwanza: 1 Position

• Arusha: 1 Position

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build brand awareness for Bellazuri Cosmetics in Tanzania through active sales, distributor management, and strategic marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Market Expansion: Onboard new distributors, retail outlets, beauty shops, and key commercial partners to establish Bellazuri products in target territories.

• Distributor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with key retail partners, ensure continuous product availability, and monitor retail performance.

• Marketing & Brand Activations: Execute local promotional campaigns, partner with beauty influencers, and coordinate live product demonstrations and brand activations.

• Sales Growth & Trend Analysis: Achieve assigned territory sales targets, analyze local market trends, and drive continuous sales volume.

• Customer Engagement & Education: Educate consumers and retail staff on Bellazuri product benefits, handle inquiries, and drive brand loyalty.

• Event Coordination & Administration: Assist in planning company promotional events, manage customer inquiries via phone/email, and maintain accurate sales and customer records securely.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

• (Equivalent practical experience in sales/beauty promotion will also be considered).

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, brand promotion, customer service, retail, or business development.

• Direct experience within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, fashion, or luxury consumer goods sector is a distinct advantage.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and organizing promotional events or product demos.
