About the Role

We are seeking motivated and proactive Marketing & Sales Interns to join our team and help promote and sell gypsum belts (mikanda ya gypsum). This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers and distributors
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow market presence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in organizing sales campaigns and promotional events
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing or sales is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with construction or hardware materials is an added advantage
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
