Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals across various departments, including
operations, support teams, and client-facing staff. Provide coaching, training, and
performance management to ensure high levels of efficiency, safety, and customer service.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource scheduling, logistics coordination, and the delivery of services to clients. Ensure operations are carried out in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Process Optimization and Cost Control:
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations and introduce corrective measures as needed to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Regularly conduct risk assessments, safety drills, and audits to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and assets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that services meet their
expectations and contractual obligations. - Collaborate with clients to address any operational concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for asset management and risk mitigation services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective cost control.
- Track and report on financial performance to senior management.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, safety audits, financial status,
and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, incidents, and inspections for compliance purposes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Coordinate with various departments (logistics, maintenance, procurement) to ensure
seamless operations and effective communication across the organization. - Liaise with regulatory bodies, partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years working experience.
- Proficiency in English and the use of Microsoft Office packages software.
- Report writing skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- BSc/BA, IT, HR, Oil& Gas, Mining, Petrochemicals, Agribusiness, Insurance, Economics, Sociologist, or relevant field.
