Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Moshi, Kilimanjaro

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets
- Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Supervise and support team leaders and operational staff
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a leadership role.
- Industry-specific experience in manufacturing
Required Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
- Expertise in business process optimization, supply chain management, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in ERP software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
