We’re Hiring – Office Assistant (Tour Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Attend phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Handle WhatsApp and email communications professionally
Prepare quotes and follow up with potential clients
Contact hotels for reservations and make flight bookings
Coordinate tour-related logistics and client support

Ideal Candidate Should:

Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
Prior experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus
