Description

Our client is a company dealing in importation, distribution and marketing of Pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical Products in Kenya.

We are recruiting Three (3) Medical Representatives for them.

The successful candidates will be based in Nairobi and Mombasa regions and will be reporting to their respective Managers.

Position : Medical Representatives.

Location : Nairobi and Mombasa.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular client visits to develop and build new relationships as well as maintain existing relationships
Ensure careful planning of daily activities and adherence to the plans so as to ensure maximum impact
Implement agreed marketing strategies in line with organizational policy
Coordinate and execute marketing activities in line with approved budgets
Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines
Suggest additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs
Serve as communication link between customers and sales employees to assure responsiveness Track order activity expedite the delivery of selected orders.
Visit and keep in close contact with key opinion leaders
Address any issues arising from key accounts by researching and obtaining resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues
Ensure product availability at the various points of sale

Job Requirements

Relevant science background (Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
Years of experience for this role is fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Qualifications should be in line with the PPB requirement of a Medical Representative
Technically proficient to detail products to Healthcare Professionals
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Determined and dynamic
