Position: Marketing Officer (Hybrid: Digital & On-Field)

Company: King Bet | Sports Betting
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Basic Salary: TZS 900,000 – 1,300,000 per month (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and customer acquisition channels
• Manage and grow Social Media presence
• Design strategies and run target-driven digital advertising campaigns to boost online registration and betting activity.
• Community Engagement.
• Analyze digital traffic, click-through rates, and online customer acquisition metrics.
• Plan and execute direct face-to-face promotional events, roadshows, and sports-bar activations.
• Pitch King Bet products directly to potential customers on the street to drive immediate app downloads and account registration.
• Monitor competitor activities and trends across both online channels and physical betting centers.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports evaluating the success of both digital and field campaigns.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: MUST have proven experience working within the Sports Betting industry.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience handling both online digital campaigns and physical on-field activations.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication, active networking, and persuasive sales skills.
• Target-oriented, highly proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
