Introduction 

Safer Power Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Officer with a strong background in the renewable energy industry for EPC company. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in marketing driving the sales of solar products and services. This position requires a highly motivated individual with proven marketing and sales skills and a deep understanding of the solar energymarket.

Position: Marketing and Sales Engineer 

Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

• Developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. 
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the renewable solar energy sector. 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
• Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. 
• Assist in product knowledge and technical expertise to clients. • Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials. 
• Keeping abreast of advancements in solar technology and industryregulations. Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly sales reports to management. 

Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent with specialization in business marketing and sales experience.
• Proven knowledge and experience in solar products sales, witha track record performance.
• Excellent communication in both English and Swahili with interpersonal skills. 
• Persuasive and deal closing skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy products and services. 
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. 
• Must have teamwork spirit with low supervision and ability to work fast , independent and proper. 
• Must bear the positive attitude and cooperative mindset Willingness to travel both upcountry and abroad as may be The position is based in Dar es salaam. Travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities.
