Logistics Intern -FOPS

The Field Operations Intern will support the coordination and execution of field activities by assisting in planning, communication, and administrative tasks. This role provides practical exposure to project operations within a large-scale infrastructure project environment.

• Track material deliveries across AGIs, Pumping Stations, and warehouses.
• Maintain logistics tracking sheets for road, air, and sea shipments.
• Support transport scheduling for trucks and inter‑site material deliveries.
• Update material movement records in the warehouse management system.
• Prepare daily reports on logistics activities and material movements.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations,
• Logistics, or a related field

Requirements

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic planning and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced field environment
