Position: Local Quality Assurance Officer
Reports to: General Manager
Position Type: Staff Position
Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Objective of the Role: Responsible for implementing, controlling, and updating company protocols through the Quality Management System (QMS), includingtraining, follow-up, and auditing.

Main responsibilties:

• Inspecting the implementation and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations of the company.
• Monitoring adherence to company protocols.
• Conducting internal audits.
• Providing protocol training.
• Utilizing the QMS system.
• Overseeing Health and Safety (OSHA) compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from an accredited college or university.
•  Relevant experience for up to 4 years.
• Experience in a farm or the agricultaral sector is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proficient in using ERP & QMS systems.
• Must have proficient skills in both English and Swahili languages.
