A confidential client is seeking a Legal HR Officer with 3+ years of experience in HR and employment law. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, and providing legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Advise management on HR policies and legal matters.
  • Handle employee disputes and legal compliance issues.
  • Draft and review employment contracts and documents.
  • Conduct training on employment law and policies.
  • Assist with resolving legal claims.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field(postgraduate diploma
    in legal practice required ).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR with legal focus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
