A confidential client is seeking a Legal HR Officer with 3+ years of experience in HR and employment law. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, and providing legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Advise management on HR policies and legal matters.
- Handle employee disputes and legal compliance issues.
- Draft and review employment contracts and documents.
- Conduct training on employment law and policies.
- Assist with resolving legal claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field(postgraduate diploma
in legal practice required ). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR with legal focus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
