PROJECT MANAGER JOB DETAILS:

The Project Manager at Kings Builder is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, risk, resource management, and quality control. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Must be registered as a Professional Engineer(ERB registered).
At least 10+ years of working experience in civil engineering in at least 5 years in a similar position.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction management processes, means, methods, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
