As a Junior Back Office Support, you will be responsible for assisting administration activities such as; record maintenance, clearance and other related roles in the warehouse.

A successful Junior Back Office Support is expected to adapt to the fast-paced culture of both the company, the market and the customers we serve.

Our customers are entrepreneurs. As a company, we are committed to aiding them in achieving their financial goals. It is imperative that the Back Office Support be engaged with the community they serve and committed equally to our customer’s and company’s goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure proper collection, sorting and filing of the registration cards of customer loan documents in the archives on a weekly basis
  • Receiving Registration cards with customer loan documents from the branches, scanning and uploading into the system
  • Follow up on the registration cards that are received without delay to the go down.
  • Assisting the Branch Managers and Customer Care Officers on extracting information from the Registration Card tool.
  • Updating of control numbers into the Tanzania Revenue Authority system.
  • Follow up on all proper safety procedures, ensuring a harmonious working environment.
  • Assisting Warehouse supervisor and BM’s, Customer care & Recovery team on the daily activities
  • Monitoring of the archive boxes and restocking when necessary.
  • Performing any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Diploma in secretarial studies or any other related field
  • Excellent communication, Planning and organizational skills
  • Integrity, enthusiasm and passion for continuous learning and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in an organization with diverse business operations
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
  • High attention to detail and internal control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
