Description
A leading Printing Company based in Juba, South Sudan is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Juba, South Sudan.
As the HR Officer, you will manage and execute a wide range of human resources functions to support our operations in Juba. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining employee records and personnel files in compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Administering the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Coordinating employee training and development programs
Implementing and monitoring employee performance management systems
Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and employment laws in South Sudan
Collaborating with the finance team on payroll processing and benefits administration
Providing HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in an international or cross-cultural environment
Excellent knowledge of South Sudanese labor laws and employment regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
Adaptable to changes and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Good Communication Skills
