INTERIOR DESIGNER WITH ARCHITECTURAL AND 3D RENDERING PROFICIENCY

We are currently in search of an adept and innovative Interior Designer who possesses a mastery of architectural drafting and 3D rendering. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with crafting meticulous designs that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, while adhering rigorously to industry standards and regulatory requisites.

Industry: Advertising Agency
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Experience: 3-4 Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portiolio demonstrating architectural drawing and 3D rendering skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualizing and creating interior design layouts, architectural drawings, and 3D renders for a diverse range of projects
• Leverage your advanced proficiency in Autocad, Lumion, and/or 3D Max to meticulously fashion realistic models and immersive virtual walkthroughs.
• Working closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints, and then incorporating these into designs
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity throughout the project.
• Keeping up-to-date with interior design trends and emerging technologies in architectural drawing and 3D rendering.
• Remain current with interior design trends and emerging technological innovations in the domains of architectural drawing and 3D rendering.
• Presenting design concepts, detailed plans, and 3D models to clients and internal teams, making modifications as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 3-4 Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portiolio demonstrating architectural drawing and 3D rendering skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, and/or 3D Max
• Excellent creativity and spatial awareness
• Exhibit an exceptional level of creativity, coupled with a profound understanding of spatial dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and changes to clients and team members
