About the Role
We are looking for qualified, experienced and motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:
Key Responsibilities :
- install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network, and other IT equipment.
- provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and monitor the company’s network and internet system
- Install and maintain operating systems, software, and security applications
- Perfom regular backups and ensure data security
- Maintain IT equipment and keep proper records of IT assets
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Perfom any other IT – Related duties assigned by the supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Diploma or degree in information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technician.
- proven experience as ana IT Technician
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
