So They Can Tanzania intends to sell a tractor belonging to the organization. The sale of the tractor is based on its current location and condition on an “As Is, Where Is” basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• “As Is, Where Is”: The tractor will be sold based on its current condition. Applicants are advised to inspect it before submitting their purchase applications.

• Submission of Purchase Applications: Applications must be delivered to the offices of So They Can Tanzania, House No. 1, Sinza Street, Nyunguu, Babati, in a sealed envelope marked “Application for the purchase of tractor – T 958 CDY” or sent via email to [email protected]. The deadline for submitting applications is Monday, 16 November 2026 at 5:00 PM.

• Payment Terms: The successful applicant approved to buy the tractor will be required to make a 100% payment of the purchase price via the So They Can Tanzania bank account within seven days after receiving notification of acceptance of the purchase application. This notification will be issued on 21 November 2026.

• Taxes, Legal Fees, and Transfer Costs: The buyer will be required to pay all costs associated with the transfer of ownership of the tractor, relevant taxes, transfer fees, and the cost of the new registration card.

• Collection of the Tractor: The buyer will be required to collect the tractor within five (5) days after completing payment, finalizing the transfer of ownership, and delivering a copy of the new ownership card to the offices of So They Can Tanzania.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY ON CORRUPTION, FRAUD, AND FORGERY

So They Can Tanzania operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding corruption, fraud, forgery, and secret collusion. Any attempt by an applicant, their agent, or representative to promise or give any gift, bribe, commission, or financial incentive to any employee or representative of So They Can Tanzania will result in immediate disqualification of the tender.

Collusion among applicants to fix prices or manipulate the outcome of this tender process is strictly prohibited and will lead to automatic rejection and potential legal reporting. Any suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity, false statements, or corrupt practices will result in the immediate termination of the sales contract.

Whistleblowing / Confidential Reporting: Applicants who witness or suspect any corrupt or fraudulent behavior related to this tender may report confidentially via [email protected].
