Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
• Appraising the wishes and demands of business of individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
• Contacting potential client and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals
• Consult prospects on insurance coverage needs
• Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements • Deliver excellent service to all customers
• Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose • Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment. 
• Develop and manage risk management strategy
• Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and integrity
• Maintaining a customer database and manage relationships with external partners and vendor
• Understanding customer needs
• Assist client with filling insurance claim
• Follow up the renewal data
• Make sales calls to potential customers
• Research and source potential clients

Academic/ Professional Qualifications 

Candidates applying for this post should have the following minimum qualifications: 

• A holder of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, finance, business  administration or related academic field from an accredited institution. 
• A minimum of 2 years  
• Experience in insurance management
