Job Overview

Hakadosh Company Limited is seeking a specialized Hydraulic Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems across heavy earthmoving equipment, agricultural tractors, and specialized farm implements. The role focuses on keeping fleet machinery reliable, maintaining strict fluid cleanliness, and optimizing hydraulic performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex hydraulic system components including pumps, motors, control valves, cylinders, hoses, and couplings.

• Recondition hydraulic cylinders by replacing seal kits and repairing rods; replace and correctly route hydraulic hoses based on required pressure ratings.

• Enforce fluid cleanliness standards through proper filtration, contamination prevention practices, and fluid top-ups.

• Test and calibrate hydraulic system pressure relief valves according to manufacturer specifications post-repair.

• Manage hydraulic parts inventory (hoses, seals, fittings) and accurately document repair work on job cards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or relevant trade discipline.

• Minimum of 4 years of specialized hydraulic repair experience working on heavy earthmoving or agricultural machinery.

• Strong skills in reading hydraulic schematics, conducting pressure tests, and maintaining high cleanliness standards during repairs.
