• Rigor International on behalf of a client is looking to hire an Human Resources Personnel to perform the below functions;
• Create a HR framework that is in line with government legislation and company policies
• Develop, review and implement company policies and procedures
• Performance Management, Training, Recruitment, ensure proper documentation of employee information, payroll & leave management etc
• Promote company vision and strategy
• Act as point person for HR related issues for staff and management team
• Ensure positive contribution by all staff and staff engagement

Required Qualifications

• Over 4 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proven knowledge in Tanzania labour law
• ICT literate
• Ability to command respect and build relations on the basis of credibility and expertise
• Excellent organisational skills.
