Job Description:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and Compliances. Your goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Experience in the security industry is a plus.
