Position Overview
Natural Selection Mining Limited is seeking an organized and communicative Tanzanian graduate to join its HR & Administration Department as an HR Assistant – Recruitment and Performance. This entry-level role provides practical experience across the entire talent lifecycle—from candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to employee documentation, employment contracts, and annual performance reviews.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection:

Support job posting activities, resume screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & Employee Records:
-
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee personnel files.

Performance Management:

Support the administration of performance review cycles, tracking review completion dates and feedback documentation.

Assist in organizing performance data and maintaining records to support staff development.

General Requirements (Graduate Entry Level)

Nationality: Must be a Tanzanian national.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Open to recent graduates. Full-time work experience is not required (relevant internship experience is an advantage).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication & Personal Traits: Good spoken and written English, highly organized, comfortable communicating with candidates, strong learning agility, attention to detail, and a commitment to building a long-term career in HR.

Added Advantages: Exposure to the mining sector or proficiency in the Chinese language (not required).
