Job Purpose

The Hotel Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services. This role provides strategic leadership to optimize operational efficiencies, elevate guest satisfaction, maximize revenue growth, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Hyatt’s core values.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Operational Leadership & Quality Assurance:

  • Lead daily operational departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Guest Support Services) to ensure seamless execution and elevated service delivery.

  • Maintain strict adherence to Hyatt Regency brand standards, quality controls, and guest satisfaction metrics.

  • Serve as an active member of the Executive Leadership Committee, contributing to strategic business planning and operational decision-making.

• Financial Management & Revenue Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Finance team to drive profitability, manage operational budgets, and control labor and operating expenses.

  • Monitor department productivity, revenue performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve financial targets.

• Talent Development & Organizational Culture:

  • Coach, mentor, and empower departmental leaders and colleagues to foster continuous learning and career progression.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience

• Work Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, ideally within upscale or luxury international hotel brands.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Operational Acumen: Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams, hotel P&L performance, productivity, and guest experience metrics.

• Leadership Style: Approachable, inspiring, and engaging leader with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.
